After the castle tour we were bussed back into town, just below the castle, and were given a walking tour of the city. After some free time we took a 2 and a half hour drive to Koblentz to embark on our new ship. After dinner the ship set sail and we were notified that an oil carrying barge had run aground and the harbor was being closed and we had to leave. We were sailing to Cologne and were very concerned we were going to miss the middle Rhine with all its castles, but they had a solution.
