Friday we left Savannah and drove the 450 miles up to the South 40 Resort just south of Petersburg, Va on I-95.  Saturday we drove into Williamsburg and toured Colonial Williamsburg.  Steve and Laura had never been so they spent the day and we toured the area and the Jamestown National Park and picked them up around dinner time.  Last week was National Park week so all the national parks were free, so we didn't even have to use our Senior pass.  On Easter morning we headed home.  Steve and Laura were going to spend the night at our house but decided during the trip that they could make it to Hartford that night and get home early.  The traffic on I-95 was crazy but kept moving and we pulled the trailer into our driveway and about 3 PM.  Jeff and family were in the area so they stopped over for an Easter visit after which we headed to bed for a much needed rest.
