The Browns and Golf

Yesterday, after breakfast with Mike's family at Shirley's Country Kitchen and some shopping, we visited with Tim and Cheryl Maloney at their condo by the Peninsula. They won't be back in The Villages until late October. We had a luncheon at Bob and Cathy's with their kids then all went over to Jim and Mary Claire Brown's for a happy hour. Their three kids were back in town as well as a number of friends, all for the anniversary party. It was a great get-together, they are always great hosts. Then Jim reminded us all of the concept of happy HOUR, so we all went home. Just kidding, they were more than welcoming but we all did overstay the hour. Today, Alesa and I golfed Lakeside and had it all to ourselves. On the way back we stopped and visited with George Frank who we haven't seen for a couple of years. Then off for our first visit to the Whippy Dip. Black Raspberry! We then went to dinner with Bob and Cathy at Valerio's.
