Docked in Copenhagen at 10 AM after a good night's sleep and it was cold and rainy. We purchased a hop on/hop off red bus ticket on-line on the ship and had a short walk to one of its stops. We took the tour until the Central train station and got off to visit the visitors center and to check our tickets to Hamburg tomorrow. We are buying our train tickets on-line using an app called Loco2. We had a little lunch and hopped back on the bus and resumed our tour to include the 'little mermaid'. The bus had no stops close to our hotel but the driver did stop for us at the closest point that the route came to it. Very nice! We checked into our hotel at 2, dropped off our backpacks and walked the neighborhood before settling in for the night. The rain had stopped this morning, the sun came out and the temperature was quite comfortable for walking, people watching and bicycle dodging. And to top the day off, our room came with 2 complementary cold Carlsbergs and a bottle opener. Skol!
