August 22, 2009

We left the house at about 2 this afternoon and arrived the LaQuinta in Andover at about 8 this evening.  A little rain in New Jersey but good weather for most of the trip.

It was pretty hot and muggy for the last week and we are looking forward to more temperate weather up north.  After Alesa attends Kerry Schwed's wedding shower tomorrow we will be heading to Andover, MA for the night on our way to Maine.  We will be visiting Steve & Laura in Grand Lake Stream

The temperature hit 94 today so we decided to go to the Hershey Chocolate Factory tour.  We rode in little carts like a Disney ride, got our picture taken, received two complimentary kisses and shopped in the company store.  The kids each got a 'giant' chocolate bar which we had to keep from melt

The pressure is relaxing as the plans for Camp Nana-Papa start coming together.  The kids will be coming over tomorrow with the closing ceremony planned for Thursday evening.  The theme will be 'Land, Sea, Air & Beyond' and the t-shirts have been made.  The only real concern left is the chanc
